I like to ask clients, “Why not you? You have this vision, this goal, this plan, this dream…so why not you?”

Now I am asking YOU, “Why not you? Why not now?”

Life Coach

I love seeing someone bounce back from a tough situation or circumstance with dignity and resilience to be stronger than ever. I have a passion for helping others realize their potential, reach for bigger dreams than they imagined, and learn from all of their experiences along the way.

It all started when someone said to me, “have you thought about coaching?“ and I took the leap. I wrapped my knick-knacks in bubble wrap and moved from Charlotte, NC back up to my alma mater, Penn State to start my coaching career as a college golf coach.

Within the first month of working with and providing tools for the young women on the team to work toward their goals, I realized that I was born to be a coach.

The greatest feeling as a coach is when someone you coached calls you years later and says, “Coach, because of what you taught me, I was able to do…..”

That is why I coach. To know that I was able to make a difference in someone’s life.

Now living in San Francisco, my dream city, I am working as both a college coach and a life coach with a large focus of supporting student athletes in their transition to life after college.

My Coaching Philosophy

As a college golf coach, each day I encourage, support and provide the appropriate tools for student-athletes to be successful in all areas of their lives. With empathy, honesty, care and commitment, I am a thoughtful leader who leads by example through positive energy, passion and dedication to the process.

I take a similar approach in my one-on-one life coaching. I work alongside clients as they explore what they want for their future. We co-create actionable steps, choices and intentions they can take to get there. I support clients as they realize their potential and strive to be the best version of themselves daily living a more fulfilled life in the process.

What People Are Saying:

”Sara has the most compassionate nature and when paired with her coaching skills, it creates an excitement and motivation that I want to always have in my day to day life.  The reframing of ideas and stories I’ve held for years has opened my eyes to what is possible in the future.  I’m seeing a clarity in my life that I haven’t seen before. “

- Former Client

“I cannot thank Sara enough for helping me accomplish what felt like small goals, but ended up truly changing my daily existence for the better. She was my champion but also knew when to push me out of my comfort zone. And while I am forever grateful for her guidance in making those changes, perhaps the most meaningful thing I learned working with Sara is that it’s not just okay to celebrate small wins; it’s important.”
