Former Student Athlete Coaching Programs

After 4 years of being a collegiate student-athlete, you have many skills and tools to take forward into your life. Are you utilizing them?

How do I fill the void that has been left behind since I left college athletics?
— Former Student Athlete (2022 Graduate)

I am a coach who guides and supports student athletes as they graduate from college and transition to their life after college athletics. I support my clients to identify skills, tools, habits and mindsets that they developed in college athletics and bring them forward to their life after college.

How can I motivate myself to consistently work out around work and free time?
— Former Student Athlete (2018 Graduate)

Losing your identity as a student athlete can be a jarring experience but it doesn't have to be. With the support of an experienced collegiate and life coach, you can live your best life after college athletics.

Now that I am done with college, I feel like I am not good enough outside of my sport.

Some of the areas that we may touch upon are dealing with the loss of identity post college athletics, ways to build community, shifting your mindset around where your sport fits into your life now, work related struggles, ways to take care of your physical self and how to use the tools you learned in your college career in your current life.

Ways to work with me.

  • Take the time to explore what you want as you navigate the real world after college. This is a 3 month program with 8 individual coaching sessions. We set a primary focus and goal and each sessions supports your path towards that focus.

  • Gather your former teammates or other former students athletes to work in a group setting. This is a chance to explore life after college athletics with others who have been there. Find a space to learn and grow together and develop a support system in the process. Group Coaching will be designed to fit your groups needs.
